Maple-Soy Pork Chops

 

Marinade: Maple Syrup and Soy Sauce – about a 1:1 ratio

  1. Marinate Maple Creek Farm Pastured Pork Chops 1-8 hrs
  2. Cook over medium to high heat in a cast iron skillet, careful not to burn the maple marinade.
  3. Cook about 5-10 minutes, careful not to overcook (resulting in a dry chop).
